Returns
The return period is 30 days from the date of purchase. It is not possible to return orders placed on the website in a physical store. Returns can only be made through the website.
NANOS reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent outside the established period, or garments that are not in the same condition in which they were received.
HOW TO MAKE YOUR RETURN (SPAIN and PORTUGAL)
- To make a return, you must identify yourself and access your orders area. Once the order is selected, you can make a total or partial return of a specific item.
- In the same box you received the order, you must put the items to be returned. Print and paste the shipping label you will receive by email on the outside.
- Hand the closed and properly packed package with the shipping label to the carrier at the time of collection.
- Once it has been verified that the returned garment is in perfect condition, we will send you an informative email and the corresponding amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase.
HOW TO MAKE YOUR RETURN (Rest of countries)
- To make a return, you must put the items to be returned in the same box you received the order and send the closed and properly packed package by courier to the address:

- Once it has been verified that the returned garment is in perfect condition, we will send you an informative email and the corresponding amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase.
* In physical stores, we will provide you with a voucher redeemable at any Nanos physical store (except El Corte Inglés).
RETURN COSTS
- The home collection service will have a transport cost of €5.90 which will be deducted from your refund.
EXCHANGES
- To make an exchange, you must process a return of the garment you wish to exchange, and make a new purchase in the desired size.
