The return period is 30 days from the purchase date.


Returns
To return an order you have to log in and access the My Orders area. By selecting an order, you can return the whole order or any particular item on it by clicking the button «Confirm return».

You can return an order:
  • Online. Upon request of return, any freight costs shall be paid by the means of a credit card. Then, NANOS will send you an e-mail with a discount voucher of the same amount as the returned item shipping cost. Such voucher can be exchanged on your next on-line purchase.

    You must enter the items to return in the same box you receive your order. You must also add the packing list that came with your order or the return note that you can generate here. Once we have verified that the returned garment is in perfect condition, we will send an informative e-mail and we will proceed with the return the corresponding amount in the same method of payment with which the purchase was made.

    If a different shipping agent is chosen, customer shall bear any costs and risks.

    NANOS.es reserves the right not to accept articles returned or sent out of the set period of time, or garments which are not in the same condition as they were received.



Changes
There are two ways to change an article:
  • At a NANOS store. Garments can be changed for another size or color of our NANOS shops, provided they are in perfect condition and have stock in store. For this you must submit the packing list that you will find in the box with your order.
  • On-line. You have to make a return and a new purchase. You must fill the return form of the item you want to change here, and make a new purchase in the desired size.
You can use your delivery charges voucher for your new purchase.

The period of time for changing a garment is 30 days following the date of purchase.



Policy arrangements
It is offered to Nanos OnLine customers the same arrangements service as in Nanos Stores, presenting the delivery note received with the order OnLine. The service is free for items purchased in season. In sales period the cost will depend on the type of arrangement. Service valid for all stores in Spain, excluding El Corte Ingles Nanos Outlets.
