There are two ways to return an article:
- At a NANOS store. Besides the garments you want to return, you must attach the delivery note you received in the box with your order, or the return note that you can generate here. We will give you a voucher for the amount of returned items, which you may redeem at any Nanos store in the same country.
- Online. Upon request of return, any freight costs shall be paid by the means of a credit card. Then, NANOS will send you an e-mail with a discount voucher of the same amount as the returned item shipping cost. Such voucher can be exchanged on your next on-line purchase.
You must enter the items to return in the same box you receive your order. You must also add the packing list that came with your order or the return note that you can generate here. Once we have verified that the returned garment is in perfect condition, we will send an informative e-mail and we will proceed with the return the corresponding amount in the same method of payment with which the purchase was made.
If a different shipping agent is chosen, customer shall bear any costs and risks.
NANOS.es reserves the right not to accept articles returned or sent out of the set period of time, or garments which are not in the same condition as they were received.
- At a NANOS store. Garments can be changed for another size or color of our NANOS shops, provided they are in perfect condition and have stock in store. For this you must submit the packing list that you will find in the box with your order.
- On-line. You have to make a return and a new purchase. You must fill the return form of the item you want to change here, and make a new purchase in the desired size.
The period of time for changing a garment is 30 days following the date of purchase.
